How Do I Add Additional File Storage?

How to Add Additional Storage to Your PhotoBiz Account

Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes 5,000 files as part of your plan. If you need more space to upload images, videos, or documents, you can easily add additional storage to your account at any time.

You can also stack storage blocks together, giving you as much space as you need.

Important Note

If you have an older PhotoBiz account or are currently using a legacy membership plan (such as $29/Copper), please contact our Support Team by phone or live chat to discuss upgrading your plan to the $29 Website Package that includes 5,000 files.

Available Additional Storage Options

  • 5,000 Additional Files – $5/month
  • 15,000 Additional Files – $12/month
  • 20,000 Additional Files – $15/month
  • 50,000 Additional Files – $35/month
  • 100,000 Additional Files – $50/month

Good to Know

  • Prorated Billing: The cost of additional storage is automatically prorated based on your current billing cycle.
  • No Long-Term Commitment: You can remove storage add-ons at any time if you no longer need them. (Please note: refunds are not issued for unused membership time.)
  • Free Up Space Anytime: You can also delete unused files, images, or documents from your account instead of purchasing more storage.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click PREMIUM UPGRADES from the menu on the left side of your screen.

STEP TWO

Click the ADDITIONAL STORAGE option in your Premium Upgrades control panel.

FINAL STEP

Select the checkbox next to the additional storage block you’d like to add, then scroll down to complete checkout.

Your new storage limit will be applied to your account immediately after your purchase is processed.
