How can I prevent people from leaving comments on images in Client Galleries events?

PhotoBiz Client Galleries makes it easy for you to share images with your clients in private, password-protected galleries. You can control what actions your clients can take on their images within the event, including leaving comments on not. This guide will walk you through how to disable comments on your client galleries.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the CLIENT GALLERIES event name you want to disable comments for or you can create a new event.

STEP THREE

Click on the EVENT SETTINGS icon on the upper right side of the event.

FINAL STEP

Scroll down in the EVENT SETTINGS and change ALLOW COMMENTS to No and then click on the SAVE CHANGES to apply the new settings to your Client Galleries event.
