How to Add a Phone Number for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
The PhotoBiz Website Package allows you to create additional users for your account without sharing your login credentials. To help protect your account, PhotoBiz uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This guide walks you through how to add a phone number to a user profile to enable 2FA.
Please Note: If you're located outside the U.S., 2FA will use your email address instead of a phone number.
STEP ONE
An account administrator should log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click USERS at the top of the My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the USER NAME to open the user’s profile.
STEP FOUR
Enter the user’s phone number in the field provided to enable 2FA.
Then click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page to update the user profile.
