Each PhotoBiz account includes the Users feature, which allows you to add multiple users with specific roles and permissions. This makes it easy to collaborate with team members without sharing your login credentials.
This guide will walk you through how to permanently delete a user from your PhotoBiz account.
Important
Deleting a user cannot be undone. If you remove a user, you will need to re-create them if access is needed again.Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
Click on USERS at the top of your My Account control panel.
Check the box next to the user you want to delete, then click the DELETE button.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete the user’s access to your PhotoBiz account.
Deleting a user immediately removes their access to your account.
If the user was responsible for managing content, galleries, or client communication, be sure to reassign any tasks or permissions before deleting them.
If you prefer to restrict access temporarily, consider changing their permissions instead of deleting the user.
