How to See When a User Was Created and Last Logged In
The Users feature in your PhotoBiz account lets you invite others to collaborate without sharing your login credentials. You can set specific roles and permissions to control what each user can access or update—whether it’s managing products, sending emails, or making purchases.
This guide will show you how to check when a user profile was created and the last time they logged in.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of your My Account control panel, click USERS.
FINAL STEP
You’ll see a list of all user profiles. The Created column shows the date the user profile was added, and the Last Accessed column shows the last time the user logged in.
Important Note:
If there's no date listed under Last Accessed, the user has never logged into their account.
