How to Purchase From Your Client Gallery

Overview

This guide walks you through how to purchase images, prints, digital files, packages, or other products from your PhotoBiz Client Gallery. You will learn how to open your gallery, browse images, order from individual images or favorites, review your cart, and complete checkout.

Your photographer controls which products, packages, payment methods, shipping options, and checkout settings are available in your gallery. If you have questions about pricing, product delivery, image downloads, or your order, please contact your photographer directly.

STEP ONE

Open the gallery link shared by your photographer.

This link takes you to your private gallery where you can view your images. Depending on your photographer’s settings, you may need to enter a password, your email address, or both before viewing and purchasing images.

If you are asked to enter your email address, use the same email each time you visit the gallery. This helps save your cart, favorites, comments, downloads, and order activity so you can return later if needed.

STEP TWO

Browse the images in your gallery.

You can view images from the gallery grid or open an image to see a larger version. When viewing your images, you may see a heart icon and a shopping bag icon.

Click or tap the heart icon to mark an image as a favorite. This helps you keep track of the images you may want to review or purchase later.

Click or tap the shopping bag icon to begin the ordering process for that image. When purchasing is available, the shopping bag icon may appear on the image thumbnail, in the larger image view, or both.

If you didn't provide an email when opening the gallery, you can enter your email address before marking a favorite or cart item.

STEP THREE

Choose what you want to purchase.

After selecting the shopping bag icon, a shopping panel will open with the available purchase categories. Depending on your photographer’s setup, you may see options such as Prints, Digital Images, Packages, Products, or other custom items.

Click or tap a category to view the available purchase options. Then choose the item you want to purchase for that image.

To add an item to your cart, click or tap the plus icon next to the item. A confirmation message will appear to let you know the item has been added to your cart.

STEP FOUR

Order from your favorites if you have already selected favorite images.

If you marked images as favorites while browsing your gallery, you can order directly from those favorites instead of searching through the full gallery again.

Click or tap the Favorites option in your gallery to view the images you have marked as favorites. From there, select the image you want to purchase. You can use the shopping bag icon on the image thumbnail or in the larger image view to open the purchase options for that image.

Choose the item you want to purchase, then click or tap the plus icon to add it to your cart. You can continue ordering from your favorites, return to the full gallery, or view your cart when you are ready to check out.

Ordering from favorites is helpful when you have already narrowed down your preferred images and want to purchase prints, digital images, products, or packages from that selected group.

STEP FIVE

Continue shopping or view your cart.

After adding an item to your cart, you can continue shopping or go directly to your cart.

Click or tap Add More Images to keep shopping. The gallery will remember where you were so you can continue selecting images and adding more items.

To choose a different type of product or package, use the back arrow in the shopping panel to return to the previous menu.

When you are ready to review your order, click or tap View Cart. You can also access your cart by selecting the shopping cart icon at the top right of the gallery.

STEP SIX

Review your cart.

Your cart shows the images and items you have selected. Review your order carefully before continuing to checkout.

You can adjust quantities, remove items, or return to the gallery to keep shopping. To remove an item, click or tap Remove Item or change the quantity to zero when that option is available.

If your photographer provided a promo code or coupon code, enter it in the Coupon field and click/tap apply before continuing.

When your cart is ready, click or tap Checkout.

STEP SEVEN

Enter your billing and shipping information.

During checkout, enter your contact information, billing details, and shipping information when required.

Use the same email address you used when entering the gallery. This helps connect your order to your gallery activity and makes it easier to access order details if needed.

After entering your information, click or tap Continue.

STEP EIGHT

Select your shipping option if prompted.

If your order requires shipping, you may be asked to choose from the shipping options your photographer has made available.

Some galleries may not require shipping. For example, digital image orders, local pickup orders, or orders handled directly by your photographer may not include a shipping step.

After selecting the available shipping option, click or tap Continue.

FINAL STEP

Complete payment and submit your order.

On the payment step, review your order total, shipping total, available gift card options, checkout questions, and payment methods. Your photographer controls which payment options are available.

If PayPal is available and selected, you may be redirected to PayPal to finish your payment. After payment is completed, you will return to the order process.

Once everything is correct, click or tap Submit Order to complete your purchase.

After your order is submitted, you will see an order confirmation. Depending on your photographer’s settings, you may also have the option to view your receipt or continue shopping.

Helpful Notes

Use the same email address each time you access the gallery so your cart and gallery activity can be saved correctly.

You can order from the full gallery or from the images you have marked as favorites.

Your photographer controls which products, packages, shipping methods, promo codes, gift cards, and payment options are available.

If you close the gallery before checking out, you'll be able to return later and continue shopping if your cart was saved by using your email address to access your client gallery again.
