Adding Meta Titles, Descriptions, Keywords & More in PhotoBiz
Meta titles, descriptions, and keywords help search engines understand your website's content and improve its visibility. Here's how to customize them for your PhotoBiz website.
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE from the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Select the page you want to customize your meta data for, click on SEO at the upper right side of your page to access your SEO page settings.
STEP THREE
Your SEO panel will slide in from the right.
By default, your SEO is set to Auto—this uses your site name and page content to auto-generate meta info. For better results, we recommend customizing this using PhotoBiz AI.

STEP FOUR
⭐ Option 1: Let PhotoBiz AI Handle It
PhotoBiz AI takes the guesswork out of writing SEO. It automatically generates a meta title, meta description, and meta keywords based on what your page is about—and all within Google’s character limits.
Here’s how:

Click the ASK PHOTOBIZ AI button

Enter a prompt like:
“Portrait photographer in Tampa offering headshots and family sessions.” -
The AI will generate optimized meta content for you

Review the results and make edits if needed

Click SAVE CHANGES
✅ Meta Title: 50–65 characters
✅ Meta Description: 50–155 characters
✅ Meta Keywords: Up to 15 keyword phrases (separated by commas)
PhotoBiz AI follows all of these best practices—saving you time and ensuring your SEO is in great shape.
After you've saved your changes, your Search Engine Preview will update with the new meta title and meta description for you.
Option 2: Write It Yourself
Want full control? You can also write your own SEO:

Choose Custom from the SEO dropdown

Enter your Meta Title, Meta Description, and Keywords manually

Use the character counters and preview window to stay within Google’s limits

Click SAVE CHANGES when done
Scroll to the bottom of the SEO settings and click on save changes to apply your updates.

Clean URLs help both people and search engines understand what your page is about.

Scroll to Friendly URL

Choose Custom from the dropdown

Enter a short, hyphenated URL (letters, numbers, hyphens only)
