Comments allow viewers of your blog to engage in the conversation sparked by your posts. However, sometimes unwanted comments or spam can occur. To manage this, we offer comment moderation on your blog. With moderation enabled, you must approve comments before they appear on your blog. This guide will walk you through moderating comments on your PhotoBiz Blog.
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and select Blog from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
To enable or disable comment moderation, go to the settings section of your blog control panel and click on the Comments tab. In this section, you can turn comments on or off and enable or disable moderation. If you set comment moderation to Yes, we recommend also setting comment email notifications to Yes. Once you’ve configured these settings, make sure to click Save Changes to apply them.
STEP THREE
To approve a comment, return to the Blog section and click on the Comments tab at the top of your Blog control panel. Here, you will see all your comments displayed.
FINAL STEP
Click on the POST NAME section of your blog comment to open and read it.
Click on the APPROVE button and you'll also have a chance to reply to the comment here.
You can also delete the comment and/or block the commenter if it's spam.
