With the PhotoBiz Ecommerce tool, effortlessly view the saved cart of a specific customer, spanning both client galleries and ecommerce, all conveniently consolidated in one place for streamlined accessibility and enhanced customer insights.
STEP ONE
Login to your PhotoBiz account and select CONTACTS in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Select the contact you wish to view favorites for by selecting their name.
STEP THREE
Select the Ecommerce option in the Contact Profile. Once this is selected, click on the order number to view their saved cart.
FINAL STEP
You will now see the entire pending order. You can resend to notify the client the order hasn't gone through, print, adjust payment status, and adjust order status.
