The PhotoBiz Form & Contract builder allows you to embed your form in any page of your PhotoBiz website using a Form Block or to use your form as a stand-alone page separate from your website design. This guide will show you how to view your form as a stand-alone page and send your clients a direct link to the form.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Form Name you want to view or get the direct link for.
STEP THREE
The direct url for your custom form can be found at the top of the page directly above the form name and below the breadcrumb at the top of the page.
You can click on the URL to open the form in a new window, or right-click copy the link to share the form.
When you click on the link, a new window will open and display your form in the following format:
