This video will guide you through the process of updating your payment information on your PhotoBiz account via the control panel.
Overview
Your PhotoBiz payment method is the credit or debit card saved to your account for membership billing. PhotoBiz allows one payment card to be stored on file at a time, so updating your payment method replaces the existing card.
This guide walks you through how to update the card saved to your PhotoBiz account. By the end, your new card will be saved and used for future automatic membership charges.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
This opens your account management area, where your billing details, account information, and payment settings are managed.
At the top of your My Account dashboard, hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS and click PAYMENT METHOD from the dropdown menu.
This opens the Payment Method page, where you can view and update the card currently saved to your account.
On the Payment Method page, enter your new card information.
You will need to enter the card details shown on the page, including the name on the card, card number, expiration month, and expiration year. PhotoBiz supports one saved card at a time, so the new card will replace the previous card on file.
After all card information has been entered correctly, click UPDATE INFORMATION.
Your new payment method is saved immediately and will be used for automatic PhotoBiz membership charges going forward.
PhotoBiz does not store multiple payment methods on a single account. When you update your payment method, the new card replaces the previous card on file.
Keeping your payment method current helps prevent failed or delayed membership payments. This is especially important if your card has expired, been replaced, or changed due to a new card number.
If you also need to update the billing contact details associated with your account, update your billing information separately under Account Details.
Why did my old card disappear?
PhotoBiz only supports one saved payment card per account. When you update your payment method, the new card replaces the previous card.
When does the new card take effect?
Your new card takes effect immediately after you click UPDATE INFORMATION.
Will this update past invoices?
Updating your payment method changes the card used for future automatic membership charges. It does not change past invoices or previous payment records.
